Mockingjay Casting: Mahershala Ali as Boggs

Lionsgate has officially announced that Mahershala Ali will be playing Boggs in Mockingjay! What are your thoughts on this? I always imagined Boggs as an older guy with grey hair, the old general type, so I'm not sure how this will work?
